The apartment is a south east facing corner plot on the exclusive Alboaire development with large private garden and several private south east facing sun terraces.

The Alboaire development benefits from twenty four hour security, private pool, and private tennis court and large private gym all of which are exclusively for the use of the residents.

The apartment has a magnificent 46 square metre living room with large sofas, chaise lounge, formal inside dining area, large plasma television, dvd player and satellite television.
