Prices above include use of all facilities within the apartment and use of the private pool, and gymnasium. Bookings for two weeks receive a twenty five percent discount on the weekly price.
Upon arrival a welcome food shop of basic perishable items will be awaiting for you. If you have any other requirements, or want any additional items such as a bottle of champagne ready for your arrival or a full food shop undertaking prior to your arrival all additional items will simply be added at cost. Please feel free to email us your requirements and we can email them to our property manager.
If you require house keeper or a personal assistant to arrange your dinner bookings, and golf bookings etc for the duration of your stay again our property manager can arrange this and we welcome you to detail your requirements.

Changeover day is normally Saturday although shorter stays and other arrival or departure days may be possible, especially outside high season. Just ask us!
Payment
Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cheque. We accept payment in sterling only.
How To Book

Confirmation Of Your Reservation / Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the rental cost will be payable when confirming your reservation. Unfortunately your reservation cannot be held if the funds are not received.
Balance Of Rental Cost
The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival date if you are paying by bank transfer. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full rental cost will be due at the time of booking.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of £500 is required against damage or breakages, to be paid at the same time as the balance of the rental cost. This deposit will be returned within 7 days of the end of your rental period following inspection for breakages or damage. In the event of any damage or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to cover replacement or repair.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your holiday less than two weeks prior to arrival a refund of booking fee will be at the owners discretion.
Smoking Policy
No smoking is allowed inside the property.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the property.
Insurance
You are strongly advised to take out appropriate travel and personal insurance for all members of your party. The owners cannot accept any liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of your holiday.
